This is the life-changing work of true healing. When we are more healed and whole, we are more able to bring love and hope to the people in our lives and to the world around us.

It is my mission to help people reconnect to God, to rediscover themselves, and find healing in order to flourish.

Embodied Healing Sessions or “yoga therapy”

A process and practice of coming home to yourself. It’s a way of tuning in to the quiet places of the heart. Learning to listen to the body-wisdom, and be attuned to your life in a deeper, more intentional way.

“when you have a way of coming home to yourself, you’ll know the way when you need it most.”

My teacher and friend Jessica Patterson speaks of this and it lands so true for me.

For Me; My experience of my own grief and loss brought me to a place of needing to do some intentional healing. I attribute my (always-in-progress-healing) to God’s Spirit who lovingly cared and encouraged me, to the precious people in my life, to nature and yoga therapy.

For you; I believe that you can find more peace and healing in your life. I believe you are resilient and that whatever you’ve come through, you have an amazing strength within your heart, and an amazing capacity to heal. I want to help you find that deep peace and trust so you can address the pains, discomforts, and struggles living in this world may bring. So that you may know how to come back “home” and live the full, beautiful life you were made for.

How it works:
We connect and talk during a free consultation about if/how yoga therapy might be helpful to you in your journey. If it’s a good fit, you’ll then fill out an intake form and send it back to me.

If in person, we will meet and go over the form and together, come up with a goal and a plan! We’ll build a toolkit of nourishing and healing practices that we can do together and that you can can continue at home.

If virtual, we will meet via video chat and go over the form and together, come up with a goal and a plan! We’ll build a toolkit of nourishing and healing practices that we can do together and that you can continue at home.
